Ram Ladoo/Moong Dal ki pakodi aur chutney/ Bhalle/Gul-gulle
It is very famous and lip-smacking cuisine and which should be surely tasted if you are visiting Jammu.
The ladoos are prepared with Moong dal(a type of pulses) batter and then fried. It is non-spicy and that's why the chutney is delicious and very spicy. The chutney is prepared with mint, spices(salt, pepper, red chilli powder, raw mango powder), finalized with the sprinkling of radish, onion and green chilli on the top.
If you are visiting Jammu then you can't miss this snack as you all will love this.
